Mercy Welfare Society is a registered non-profit welfare and voluntary organization, started by Mr. Ashish Lal. It is registered under societies registration act 1860 (India) with the office of registrar of societies Delhi on 8th day of October 2001. The registration number is “S.40462. 2001”. Mercy Welfare Society has been granted 80G for Income Tax approval, so that donations are tax deductible, it is also registered under The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act FCRA 1976.Mercy Welfare Society FCRA registration Number is 231661083. A separate Bank Account is open for the receipt and utilization of foreign funds.

A- Governing Board

The overall management of Mercy Welfare Society is in the hands of its Governing Board. The board members meet once in three months or more often if needed. The board makes important decisions about policy making, budget planning and management, implementation of the projects, coordinating directing and the recruitment of staff.
